Nigerian singer and songwriter, Oluwatobiloba Daniel Anidugbe, better known by his stage name Kizz Daniel, is set to take one of the popular Nigerian Newspapers, Vanguard Newspaper to court.
This is after theNewspaper publishes a false story about the singer. The story was about Daniel giving an opinon on the trending story about Busola Dakolo and COZA founder, Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo.Kizz Daniel’s lawyers have served papers to the Vanguard Media Limited. From the papers, Kizz Daniel’s team makes a claim of N100 million for reputation damage.
